Thick‑wall PE sleeve for the joints of pre‑insulated district heating pipe, with the welding band built into the sleeve. It is welded to the casing with an electrofusion welding machine, the same machine used for other makers' electro‑weldable sleeves, and heat‑shrunk. Type‑tested joint construction (welded sleeve, class 4.1) and on Energiateollisuus ry's list of type‑tested joint products.
